Refund policy

For Orders Within Kuwait

• Return and refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 4 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For GCC Orders

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders shipped to the GCC due to high shipping costs.
• Any local customs duties, taxes, or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon delivery.
